Choreographers and dancers listen to music differently than the average person. They often listen to the same song over and over and need to be able to navigate through the song quickly. BeatCounter is a music listening application made especially for choreographers and dancers. The application not only counts the beats of the music in eight counts, but provides a visual representation of the sections (verses and choruses) in the music. Choreographers and dancers can easily find specific points in the music to replay using the visual partitioning of the music and the beat counter helps them count the music.
