DJMixr, Droid Jam Mixer, is a revolutionary Android application that lets people collectively play music. It is Pandora, iTunes Genius, a jukebox, and the party guests combined into one application that generates smart playlists.

Guests check in to your party, share selected playlist tracks (just the metadata), and the service analyzes the music and streams you a smart playlist that combines the musical tastes of your guests. $30 for 24 hours!

DJMixr gives you control of tempo, genre, and the “mix” of new songs into the playlist. Also, give your guests thumbs up/down feedback of the music, and a playlist capture of the music they heard while they were at the party.

Extensible beyond the party, the same approach can work anywhere you need music for groups of people: on the beach, on your road trip, and especially in retail stores.
